The general public  is invited to participate in this event and screened access to the area will commence from 4:00pm. No invitations are necessary and there is no charge.  Persons may enter walking through the entrance to the area from the hospital from 4:00-5:00pm and through the entrance on Floral Park, Philip Goldson Blvd and the area near the main entrance to Cohune Walk Community.  The area to be used is the start of the Boulevard past the hospital gates down to Philip Goldson Blvd, which is almost at the formal entrance to the Cohune Walk Community

Prince Harry will arrive in Belmopan around 5:45pm and will enter from the roundabout down constitution drive onto the Ring Road to Belize House ( Governor-General's Residence) before going to the Street Fest.  The public can line the streets to see him on arrival using this route.

There will be a brief ceremoney renaming the street HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II BOULEVARD starting at 6:30pm when Prince Harry will be welcomed to Belmopan by the Mayor of Belmopan and he will then extend a few words of greeting and a message from the Queen.  This will be seen by the General public in the area and a few official persons who have been invited to sit for this 10 minute ceremony.

The Street party will run from 4:00pm to 10:00pm with cultural entertainment highlighting 3 ethnic cultures (Garifuna, Creole and Mestizo) in Belize, along with other entertainment. Mayan culture will be highlighted on Saturday 3rd March at Xunantunich.

Food and drinks will be on sale at the lower end of the boulevard for the general public as the tents at the start of the boulevard will be for displays and stops by Prince Harry. The public will be allowed to be in this area also once they have been screened and will stand behind the barriers in designated areas.
